1.962DIP-data.xls資料指定數字ex.1 2 3複製到1 2 3 xls用好複製到筆記本內txt在開啟imagej File >lmport>testlmport轉換一下Image>Type>8-bit存入gif黨
3.File->open Samples->LeafImage->Type->8-bit劃50mm->Analyze->Set ScaleKnown Distance=>50Unit of Length=>mm勾選->GlohalProcess->Binary->Make BinaryAnalyze->Analyze ParticlesSize->50Show->Outlines勾選->Display
4.File->open Samples->Embryos劃100nm->Analyze->Set ScaleImage->Type->8-bitProcess->Binary->Make BinaryEdit->Clear 劃Analyze->Analyze ParticlesSize->20勾選->Display Results Summarize Record Starts
5.google Earth ->開cphoto從Excel選取自己的圖片->檔案->儲存Edit->Selection->SpecifyImage->CropStacks->Convert Image to StackStacks->Make MontageHelp->Documentation->Plugins->[stereo]<===收尋Download Two_Shot_Anaglyph.class 到C:\Program Files\ImageJ\plugins\開一個[2D]資料夾<====(檔案存放位子)
6.Process->Filters->Show Circular MaskImage->DuplicateProcess->FFT->FFTAnalyze->Surface Plot <==3維展示
